No, it's not possible.
First of all, that tune is barely hanging on the charts.
Perhaps you could've asked the question differently, by saying is it the "best pop song".....or "best emo song"....whatever.
Consider that 95% of the world has no freakin' clue who the veronicas are, let alone what the song's about.
