Karen, you don't have a horse face and I really can't see Sarah Jessica Parker in your face at all.....Lucy Lui maybe I can see.
I don't recommend such extreme surgery, when you have such great bone structure. Do you know how many girls would kill for cheek bones like yours! Be proud of what you have, many aren't half as lucky as you. You are very pretty. Take care : )

Not @ all,,your very pretty.Dont get any surgery.That is extremely dangerous anyhow.And I once had a friend with a tumor in her upper jaw & had to have her bones cut out for chance @ survival.It was awful.She later perished.I really think you are an attractive women & havent a thing to worry about.You dont even look like a horse @ all & Id tell you if you did. ;O)

No don't do that, Plastic surgery can be very dangerous. So i say just be happy with the way you look, Sarah Jessica Parker is not a bad look. and plus you are beautiful no matter what, people think.
