That's not true. Maybe in your workplace you are making them anxious by staring at them. Self respecting women can be beautiful ok? I you're beautiful that doesnt mean you are a skank. Please don't ogle women. That is very nasty and inappropriate and perverted of you to do. The only reason I can think for you asking this qeustion is that you noticed this. Thats why i told you to stop ogling women. If you dont do that then no offense.
Men can't keep their eyes from lingering where they shouldn't and their heads from straying from normal thought. Therefore women feel the need to worry.
I say if you're a pretty girl, you have no reason to be anxious. If a man disrespects you make sure you let him know that you are a LADY and teach him a lesson that will prevent him from disrespecting another woman.

Guinea is right. They only appear anxious around you because you're ogling them. Stop staring! It's rude and the office is certainly no place for it.

i don't think it's related to beauty, in fact many beautiful women don't think much of their looks, may not realize others label them as beautiful, dress like others, many don't even wear makeup, and are competent and professional.
