were given to events authority and get a weight vest and easily play ball with that and do lunges. you be sure on to strengthen your quads no longer your calves, your calf is for instantaneous jumping. yet for explosion strengthen your quads. and srew a 7ft objective, cuz in case you no longer playing above the rim, stay on the floor

nope!!!they stand 5'6 and up!!!they dont have heights like NBA players
