If your last regular date was Nov 1st, you are approximately two weeks late. If you are sexually active, probably the first thing to do would be to go to the pharmacy and purchase a pregnancy test. You do not say if you are irregular constantly, or is it just for this month?

The very best thing to do is to see a gyn doctor who can take your history and examine you to make sure you have no physical problems. If you do, there are medications your doctor can provide to regulate you. Sometimes you can just have a harmone imbalance which can be corrected quite easily.

If finances are a factor, there are clinics and doctors which would allow you to pay on a sliding scale if necessary. Go and find out what the problem is...you will be so glad you did...Best wishes.

Unless you are sexually active, the best method is to obtain oral contraceptives (birth pills) they regulate your menstrual cycle. Another thing to remember is that if you are under a large amount of stress, your body will react to it by delaying or cancelling your period for the month, so try to de-stress with yoga or any other method that works for you. If you have been sexually active, you should try a home pregnancy test. If nothing is working and you aren't pregnant, go see your gynecologist.

The only way you can alter it is to take an oral contraceptive like the pill. Have you seen a Dr to see if everything is OK?
