Primm Nevada, formerly known as Stateline on I-15 at the California border has 3 hotels, Primm Valley, Whiskey Pete's and Buffalo Bills. All are owned by the Primm family and all are nice. The newest of the 3 is Buffalo Bills and I would recommend it based on that. I am sure that they are all about the same though.

Buffalo Bill's and Whiskey Pete's are both on the I-15 stateline, not in the town of Stateline, NV. If you are going to Stateline, NV at Lake Tahoe, then Harrah's or Harvey's are probably the two best. If you are going to the stateline at I-15, Primm Valley is the best.
