just curious b/c although some people say beauty is only skin deep, some women still get breast enlargements to help with their lack of self image.

...i think you hit the nail on the head,..."lack of self image",...i know several women who have had breast augmentation and their self confidence has increased dramatically...
...i don't find enhanced breasts unattractive "if" the surgery has been performed by a reputable plastic surgeon who has taken into consideration the womens frame,...and besides, who am i to judge another women and what she chooses to do to her body?

UNless she has a lot of money that she wants to share with me, fake boobs really turn me off.
I would much rather she just have small boobs than fake, that is not unattractive to me at all. Also, I would rather undress her and see duct tape, a heavily padded bra, a totally flat chest, some scarring, or a dirty looking bra than fake boobs.
Cosmetic surgery, unless it's in a case where a person was really disfigured, looks unattractive to me. I can barely watch the movie 'Bound' because of the stuff that Gina Gershon has had done.
I would have to be head-over-heels in love to be able to get my freek on with a chick who has fake boobs, or even lip injections. To me it's a sign of mental problems, unless a person is an actress.
And then, the fact that she is an actress is a sign of mental problems...

Sorry to say, it is a turnoff to me because I like natural beauty, but if a girl I am interested in has had this done and I am attracted to her personality then I would accept her no matter what. I would get over that. :)

nope. I like boobs. Doesn't matter to me if they're real or fake. As long as they aren't sickly enormous! They have to look good on her body.
