i will drink more water due to thurst and i will urinate more times at day and after sleeping night times i usually go 3 to 4 times can any one give me advice to whom can i consult to avoid more urine and medicines for these.

You can take any sort of anitdiuretics this decreases the amount of urine out put. However, you may want to have this checked out because increased thirst and urine output can be signs of diabetes or hyperglycemia

if urination is accompanied by sharp pains and a strong urge to urinate immediately after then you could have anything from a simple urinary track infection to diabetes, there are many things this could be a symptom of, in any case, see a family practitioner and have them refer you to a urologist in your area, they will be able to help you the most.

You probably have diabetes or an infection in your urinary tract. You can see an internist first, then maybe a urologist later if needed.

Thats a big problem you might be having high sugar in blood.
Best to consult your doctor as it might be due to infection.
My advice is to see your doctor.
