like sirius or XM for the car!

The only satellite radio service in the Middle East that is similar to XM or Sirius would be Worldspace. No other satellite radio providers in the Middle East can be heard in cars. All the others require 30" or bigger dishes.

Worldspace doesn't have nearly as many channels as Sirius or XM, but at least some of them are completely free without subscription. The sound quality is not quite as good, but it works in much of the world outside of North America.

Also, I'm not sure Worldspace car receivers are out yet... Regardless, it's the satellite radio service with the smallest antenna and the only one that's portable for that area

There are plenty of satellite radio stations in the Middle East, unless i somehow misunderstood your question.
