Okay so I went to PepBoys this afternoon, and asked them for spark plugs and wires. for my car bc i want to do a tuneup and oil change on it before i move, and the manger guy didnt ask me about the the kind of sparks i wanted, and then he told me that a KIA only had 2 wires per box and each box was 40 dollars,

Is there only 2 wires per a box, bc i know that my boyfriend can get the performace all in one great kind for his car for 70 and his has 6 wires.. not 4

Yes. It has an ignition coil that goes over one spark plug and also an extension for the ignition wire that connects to the second spark plug. This system is on cylinder one and on cylinder 3. It's distributor less ignition system. You will only need to buy one box because you only need two wires. Don't let them talk you into replacing the ignition coils unless you really have to because they can get pricey. Hope this helps.

yes it only has 2 box's but i would go to the factory and get the name brand parts for about the same price if not cheaper and its pretty simple to tune it up yourself and you have to do is pull the plastic cover on top of your engine off and there right there and i know this because i have a kia too
