Today, I kept waking up and falling asleep to get the perfect lucid dream, which is in my livejournal at http://dreamnt.livejournal.com

Anyhow, when I had those dreams, I was feeling a lot in my senses. Weirder was that I was somehow controlling the dream consciously.

Ever had any regrets from a dream, besides not being able to dream what you wanted? For instance, for what you did in a dream in your own consciousness?

Anyone?

lucid dream all the time..i had to learn to when i was a kid..i had terrifying nightmares all the time. Anyway, it's been so long ago i can't really help you with the how to's of it, but there are books. I can tell you that with a lil bit of practice you can get good at it and it's almost hard NOT to kick in and control your dreams when they start happening..steering your dreams is Nice because it's your own fantasy world of course and if you have nightmares it's great but just having regular dreams is good and healthy because they offer you an insight into things your conscious mind may not be letting you see during your waking hours which is not only enlightening but a natural release for some stresses..as in "fight" or altercation dreams you may have etc.
