i am sprint retention supv and would like to let u know that we don't waive early terms. you have a 30 day return policy and if you are out of that you will be charged. if you signed after 06/01/06 then the fee is $200.

as per prev posts, we will waive the contract if u port ur # to nextel and we can verify that u carried the exact sprint # to nextel. otherwise you will be responsible for the fee. the only other way to have it waived is to do a transfer w/ someone else who has sprint svc and they can take over ur existing contract.

You can get out of your contract ! Read your contract papers that you received from Sprint pcs, when you signed up. That will tell you what your cost is to get out of your contract. If you did not keep your documentation. Just contact Sprint and a customer service Representative can tell you your opt out cost.
There is no way to get out of any Cell phone contract with out paying. Unless they violated some part of your contract.
If you are looking to change carriers. I suggest Verizon Wireless, I have used them for 5 years with great over all service. They are the best as far as plans and coverage.

Good Luck

I think that it depends on you long you have had the service most servers give you 14 days to get out of the contract but if you go pass that you will have to pay a cancellation fee unless you have Sprint you can switch to a Nextel phone or vice versa.

how long have u had the service...if it's been more than a month then you'll have to pay a 200 bucks early termination fee and return the phone to the store you bought it from...mm how many contracts did you sign? I would actually recommend you to check out the papers they gave you when you activated the line..(they usually make you sign 2 contracts, 1 about the line, 1 about the phone so if u cancel before 6 months you pay for that)..check it out, best of luck and Happy Holidays

It's easy to get out of the contract. All you have to do is pay them something like $240.

It's pretty easy actually.... Spring and Nextell are now one company so tell them you want to have nextell (there is no fee since it's the same company) then you have 15 days to tell nextell you don't like them... and just go to the company you want...
