Just wondering the Pro's and cons of both synthetic and wood lanes.

oil tends to stay in longer on wood lanes

synthetic lanes are nicer... don't breakdown as easy. better reaction to the oil.

Wood are cheaper if you are looking for advice on what to install or something. Gets nicks in it from little kids dropping balls on it or the people who bowl without fingers in balls... wood gets damaged easier.

It's hard to tell pro's and con's without knowing if this is for running a bowling center or just to bowl at one.
