is it possible that two people divorce and it is stated on the divorce papers that the father cant or would neither see or talk with his chilren (which by the way goes with the mother)?

Yes it is possible on the grounds of abuse, molestation,sometimes alcoholic/drug abuse.But even then the visits are regulated.Normally the other parent is allowed to spend a specific time(chosen by both parents)and weekends with their kids.I hope you don't have a wife that will cause such a problem.Kids need both parental roles.Goodluck...

Not possible unless the father was abusive or endangers the children that way there will be restrictions never to go near the children or even the wife. Its all depend on the character of the father.

not unless there was a restraining order or some legal reason-the courts probably wouldn't agree to banning him from your kids lives just because you don't want his involvement-it wouldn't be in their best interest
