Normal, yeah. Healthy, questionable. You're either too embittered to really want to get through it, or it's just so overwhelming that you are afraid to face the anguish and go through it. You can go through your whole life with pain you can't cry out ... if this is the first time you've observed yourself doing this, try really hard to find ways to get in touch with your feelings and visualize being past this, being a person who is over it. It'll help you later on, if you avoid making this a pattern now.

But if it did become a pattern, you'd be doing about as well as everyone else!

I can't speak for women, because I'm a man. In America, the only socially acceptable way for a man to cry his eyes out in public is to play the blues. Take Stevie Ray Vaughan, for example. Listen to his music and lyrics. Anyone who wants to do the same can do so doing the same thing that he did, and not be looked down upon. You just have to be good at it, practice makes perfect.

I am sorry. I hope you can cry. If you were here, I'd give you a little pinch to get you going..then some tissues and a hug. I get like that sometimes too.

:( here's a hug..hope you get it.

Yes.
It's completely normal...

Just try and let it out in other ways like writing or jogging or some type of physical activity.
Try not to let it build up inside you...

YEP If it goes on for 6 months or more you need to talk to a doctor about it.

it's normal but better if you will cry it out to release the pain and physically it's bad if you will not release it. it may lead to cancer? joke! seriously, it's bad for health.. you can have nervous breakdown and something I forgot the medical term. (forgive me).. :)

"Hurt"... "Pain"... "Sadness"... is not always quantified by crying...

You can get to a point where there are no more tears...for sure... but it does not mean you are any less sad...

< hugs > you look like U can use one of these
