0 Percent Chance. Michael Vick cannot just transition into running back for next weeks game. He may know all the offensive plays but he doesn't know the blocking schemes for the Running backs. Even though Norwood might be banged up it isn't serious enough for him to sit out have you seen the boy play he is gonna be good. I am not completely sold on Matt Schuab if the boy was as good as people think he is we would of seen him play already it doesn't matter if Brett Farve was starting before him if a team really wants to find out about a backup they PLAY HIM! and don't say they renewed his contract cos he's the future of the franchise they renewed his contract as an insurance policy, if Vick had gotten hurt this season Schaub could of came in played like golden boy Tony Romo. but not every backup qb is a Romo, Schaub has the potential to be good but don't give all the accolades just yet.

Coach Mora should take a look at what the Titans are doing with Vince Young and implement that into the Falcons offense for next season cos it seems to be working for the Titans...if they add couple good receivers rather than the JV guys they got right now the Falcons will compete with the best.
If that isn't working by Week 6 next season. Sit Vick start Schaub and say goodbye to Jim Mora as coach.

ZERO Vick cant play RB in the nfl are you kidding? he would be destroyed. Griffith showed he can handle the load just fine if he needs to. Now Schuab should play QB because Vick isnt very good at that either, and then use Vick as a WR.. could even use him out of the backfield, but only very little and he could never just do a straight run up the middle like a real RB could do.

Given the investment the Falcons have in Vick and the risk of injury if he were to play running-back makes the question mute. Running from the quarterback position and running from the tailback position is entirely different in that the tailback lines up to hit the hole against the defensive line and in doing so takes a beating. With Vick that is not going to happen.

That would give them a better chance at winning the game, utilizing both players strengths. Vick doesn't seem to have the field general mindset and would rather win the game himself and Schaub has a better arm and qb decision making skills.

Vick can throw purely no longer with accuracy you would choose from a QB. all and dissimilar some weeks in the past replaced into on the adult males nuts because he threw 4 landing passes and now he's lower back to type. Vick might want to stay as QB, he doesnt have the fingers to be reciever, and somewhat a RB he purely doesnt have what it takes to be an each and every down lower back. Vick might want to throw round 30 passes a sport, all of them round 8-16 yds down field with some exhibit passes thrown in he doesnt have administration of that cannon of his to be throwing extra yards down field than that.

not a chance in hell, mikey vick does not have the durability to be a running back, he doesn't have the hands to be a wr, still not durable to be a db, and even though schaub is a better overall qb, he doesn't put ppl. in the seats and that's the bottom line as far as nfl teams.

Slim to none, Jim Mora Jr. is not one of the more competent head coaches.
