This is a toughy. I've alsway loved mint chocolate chip, but as I've gotten older and learned the joys of coffee.....I'd have to say coffee flavored ice cream (ie Starbuck) is the best.

Burnt Almond Fudge and Pistachio. I like a double dip with the Pistachio on top. I always have it with coffee to prevent a brain freeze. My mouth is watering.
