just stop going office abruptly without applying for leave. they will contact you by all means. finally they will send you the relieving order.
it is important that you should not have submitted ur certificates or any bond at the time of joining.

Will never happen, I don't about your area but here when a employer calls you can only give the date of hire and the date of termination.
