I lived in Philly when I was 17 - 22. I have never been to Boston but my friends that studied with me in Philly did get to go to Boston and they said it was way cooler.
So... Boston, Monterrey, Because people that have been to both places say so and 31.

I'm from CA, and I think Boston is cooler because of history, and because Philly football fans can get nasty at games...
