My belly button is off limits, even to my boyfriend. I am totally phobic about anything touching it! It's a major trauma just keeping it clean.
If I were to find myself in that situation you can rest assured that the stranger would get more than they bargained for, like projectile vomit all over them and a swift kick to the balls...
