I'm gay, but I am a big flirt who flirts with everyone! Women, straight men, gay men with whom I would never consider having a relationship, and even women over 60 (the most appreciative).
It's harmless, really. People like to know that they have what it takes to attract someone. So, I'll just go up and say something cheesy and get a giggle, and know that maybe I made their day a little bit. So, what's the harm?

we all have a tendency to want the respect, admiration, kindness, friendship from those around us. you could call it flirting, and has been seen that way. what the hey. its hard not wanting to get in someone's good graces one way or another. after all that, haha, my answer would be yes

I think its in peoples nature to act differently to those they are attracted too. Its engrained in our brains our subcontious matting call. All animals have certain things that they do to attract mates they are interested in.
