Is it possible for an international student to study medicine in america and finally become a neurosurgeon in the United States?

You have asked two very different questions.
To the first, I believe it is safe to say yes. But the main miracle is, that you have been endowed by the creator with affinity for learning and eventually practicing that specific branch of medicine.
To the second question you have, I must say, I don't know. Hopefully someone here does.

many of the Drs. in the US are not from the US. Study very hard. as an international student it will be more difficult to get accepted to a US school. and medical schools are notoriously tough to get into and very expensive (but financial aid is available). good luck!!

nope, actually it only needs intelligence and sturdy set of fingers.
you would also need years of studying and intern, i suppose, to be a better neurosurgeon.

Anythings possible if you've got the drive and patience to go for it. But you should also know your own highs and lows, your ups and downs. Do YOU have what it takes to become a nuerosurgeon??
