You should eat a very healthy, nutritious breakfast every day and Mickey D's ain't the answer. Maybe a large bowl of cereals with milk and a glass of fresh orange juice.

sure! loads of carbs and calories. ^_^ If you really got no other option and well, if you are craving for it- why not have a go. As long as you are going to control your portions and do it about once a month. okey maybe twice. ^_^

NO....heartattack waiting to happen! Just think of how much healthy food you can eat at home for what 1 sausage mcmuffin would be calorie, fat, carbs, ect. wise.
