Are you talking about YAHOO? Because, they NEVER answer their emails. However, they do give very good help on thephone. here are 2 numbers that work for Yahoo. 1-866-492-4664 and 1-866-562-7219. If it is not Yahoo you are having trouble with, well, you are up a crik!

sometimes they give out a tech support website for looks. no one reads it or cares. occasionally some websites (usually of more reputable companies) will eventually respond. I got a response from Acer Computer about a month after sending an email. HP is good... about 24 hours. Best to call if there is a number available. good luck!

either because they can be to busy to reply, there email system don't work, or they have no tech support =\

Try emailing from a different email server. Server conflicts are common.
