how can I write an interesting narrative story with only 1 hour; manimum and maximum of 300 words without any useless words..?

First draft - write the story in one line. That is what the story is about. Then expand to 150 words creating beginning, middle and end. Further expand to 300 words covering 5 W's and one 'H' that is what, when, where, who, why and finally How.

not sure if you're saying an hour to write it or read it. if its real, one possibility is to pick your subject [something you know a bit about/lets you be comfortable doing it] and treat it like a news story, just the guts, then expand it to where you want it
