As part of their £100m sponsorship deal they also got the naming rights for the stadium - it will be called The Emirates for at least 15 years when the naming rights will be up for grabs again.

I'm sure it can. Architect's always leave room for extensions and Arsenal would have kept that in mind when they build the stadium.

because the airline donated shed loads of money to help build the stadium, so got their name on it!! bit like Leicester's walker crisp bowl (or walkers stadium to give it the proper name)!
