why would my betta all of a sudden spend so much time at bottom of her tank?

She also is swimming with tail down almost vertical when she comes to eat. Otherwise seems fine.

Look up swim bladder disease and see if that's how she is acting.

too cold.. try to keep the water temp at 76°F - 81°F
