At the end of S it is 4N
At the end of G2 it is 4N.
In prophase it is 4N
In metaphase it is 4N
In anaphase it is 2N
In telophse it is 2N

46...the strands are connected by centromeres, so their number is NOT considered to be doubled.

by the way, it is not correct to call "them" by chromosomes because chromosomes are coiled up chromatids. Since they are not coil up at the end of interphase, they are more accurately known as chromatids.
