Just seeing how it feels to others. Is it a physical pain, mental pain, or both?

From the crying, the sleeplessness, and the lack of appetite, its physical. The aguish, the loss of the love...all mental, for me.

All mental to me too.

I still can eat and stuff, but I feel that I can think right. Feeling of loss is unexplainable. I hate the feeling that something is missing. It's a horrible experience!

I cry sometimes. I don't feel like eating (but I still eat! Hehe..).
I think about it all the time.
And I walk. I do not know, but when I'm walking outside, I'm feeling better. I can think all I want by myself. I feel sad when I see the person. But I still can smile a little bit, even if it is so fake.
And I always think: I'll be better tomorrow.

A broken heart always heals. :)

2 month for me to get over the pain but that was long time a go i really learn a lession from her to never open my self up like that again and that was over 10 years ago.let me tell you a little bit about her we were engage to be marry so i went out and brought her a house and all of the furniture to go with it and the day before she was suppose to move in she came over that nite and told me she didn't love me any more she found a guy that had a bigger $ick then me and got up and left me lol.that was a slap of reality that really hurt me.

It's all of those things, a sense of loss that only comes when you lose someone you truly love.

It feels as if your insides are twisted, like your heart won't stop racing, your mind can't stop wondering "what's she doing now?".."is she happy?" ..."Why did this happen?" For people who are left hanging ....the wait seems like forever until you feel good inside again. I constantly had to be busy, or risk thinking about her.
