Which is a good song for my boyfriend on our anniversary?? I plan on doing a slideshow of our pictures with a song in the background. I have 2 choices.

One of them is WONDERWALL. I sang that song to him in front of everyone on karaoke night. I never did something like that before. I thought it'd be cute.

The second song is called THE BEGINNING by Alice Peacock.

Here are some of the lyrics:

Step out with me into the great unknown
The world’s at our feet
Let’s make it our own
I’m looking at you with stars up above
It must be true; we’re falling in love

Look at us now
It took so long to find out
This is the beginning of a new life
Baby keep holding on

It’s time to start living
And open our eyes
Open our eyes

Another good choice because we've been friends for a while before we started going out. The lyrics "It took so long to find out" really relates. He's always liked me but I didn't like him like that before. We're also practically engaged.

I CAN'T CHOOSE

I like Wonderwall, plus it has history for you two. if you haven't already heard it, Ryan Adams has a great version, on his 'Love is Hell' album.

I like wonderwall because it will make him think of that night. But I thought of a song that I think might work because of the last two lines of your question.

"Let's Give 'Em Something To Talk About" It is a country song, but it sort of fits your situation. Good luck with whatever song you pick

I like The Beginning. The lyrics are very nice. Wonderwall is sort of overplayed and does not convey as much meaning.

It seems like "The Beginning" would be better as it is about your entire relationship whilst "Wonderwall" was a moment in your relationship.

And if you still can't choose, what about you have both songs on it [if you have enough pictures]?

God only knows by the Beach Boys. It's cheesy but it's sooo sweet. It was my wedding song.
