does anyone else find that they like the book Hermione much better than movie Hermione in Harry Potter?

I would say the book because the movie Hermione is quite different as she grows older. She doesn't have that air of intelligence the book Hermione has. In the movie, Hermione wears regular clothes which doesn't really make her look like a witch but some teen with a wand. Book Hermione seems to be also more conservative and less vain.

The movie Hermione was similar to Rowling's book character, but not perfect. The movie is very faithful to the book and very well made. Can't wait for the next one.

I think all aspects of the books are better than the movies. However, I believe that all the actors do a great job(exepct Michal Gambon) as their characters. It's not the actors fault that the screenplay writers and directors change aspect of the book to "enhance" the film.

I actually like both equally.
I like the movies because its interesting to see different interpretations of the characters we all know and love. Everyone has a different view of them.
Book 'Mione is a bit moodier and goes through long I-hate-Ron's-stinking-guts phases. (Even though its obvious she doesn't)
Movie Hermione has a different sense of humor and is very resourceful.

Both are ten times more intelligent and powerful than Harry... i think all the movies(and books) should have been titled Hermione Granger...........come on, harry doesn't or can't do anything on his own.
