Mottos are for impressionable people who need a self-help guru like Dr. Phil or Tony Robbins to 'rescue' them. Mottos are full of trendy buzz words and shallow 'motivational' cliches that ultimately mean nothing.

i think my motto can be best summed up with a quote from "fight club"
