What are the odds of finding a particular file?

I have 10 file cabinets. The odds that a particular file is somewhere in one of the 10 file cabinets is anywhere from 0% to 100%, all equally likely. I look through 9 file cabinets, and fail to find it. What is the probability that I will find it in the last file cabinet?
