I can see the blood vessels in my gums really good, and they are just really, really sore. It may even be giving me a headache

Of all the advice I got when I was pregnant, no one told me to take care of my teeth.
I never had a cavity. Then I had my kids.
I now had 2 pulled & have about 12 fillings.
Take calcium supplements & see a dentist regularly. Thats no joke. The baby sucks the calcium from your body. This is pretty common.

Yes sore swollen & lightly bleeding gums happens to many woman while pregnant. Just take some tylonel.

yes it is normal and your gums may even bleed. discuss it with your dr at your next visit
