Ok, if you ate the taco how are you going to return it? And how do you know it is not your own hair...
I have a rule.... do not return anything to the kitchen... it is always going to be charged to personal, so he/she could do something nasty to your food, and add more species to your food... IACK!
So just ask for your money back...

Actually all you should have to do is call the place and complain.
Normally they give you a store credit that you can use the next time you go in. If you want your money back you'll actually have to physically return to the store.
