they didn't have children together but when they got divorced their legal papers said dissolution of marriage,(03D) dissolution minor children and legal separation children. so, does this mean they had children from a previous marriage? or did they have children from that marriage even though a summons stated it was issued for the dissolution of marriage but children no we are talking two different dates here.......one in July and one in Nov a few years back. these papers were also sent to family court services filed under confidentially statement document (03).
This person isn't availble to ask him straight forward.....although I did ask before and he said he never had any children. But, when I was researching some things I found this information out and his friends are quite surprised also. so if anyone has any legal background information I would certainly like clarification of this... if you have an email I can scan the paperwork and maybe you can see it better. I thank you :~)

You sound psycho. I can tell you now...if I trusted my husband as much as you trust this man you are checking on...I'd be divorced. Why even dig that deep. Maybe its somethign painful, maybe it was her kids. I hope he finds out what you did and completely cuts you off from his life. Thats just ****** up.

Your question is extremely confusing and at points apparently contradictory. I suggest you rewrite it without all the run on sentences and repost so people can understand. Does "not available" mean you're talking about someone who died? I can't even figure out that much.

It might be easier to simply contact his ex and ask about the children.

if you can't simplify this and pair your words down for people you don't know then you don't stand a chance legally.
Reread what you wrote as an objective person and see if you can make sense of it.

I just wonder how this is any of your biz? I mean you asked him and he said he didn't have any. Maybe he felt it was none of your biz. Your scary even looking up divorce documents!
