Check out Air Arabia - it's the Middle East's budget carrier. They are based in Sharjah, the next Emirante over, but it's a short drive to Dubai if the traffic is not horrendous. (30 minutes without heavy traffic). It's worth checking prices though as they are usually CHEAP.

check your travel agency....
if you are flying from pakistan you are going to find cheapest fares sleeing in pakistan, because always local sales is different from international sales
