This is an entirely hypothetical question. I wouldn't like my questionned to be answered with the statement belittling it. It is an honest question that has been plaguing me.
Obviously it would have to be done in a tested lab, quite possibly with fertility drugs that would up the chance of there being multiple births.
The birth would be a set of twins, due to the sharing time, but could they honestly be classified as such, as their dna would be completly different? Would they just be siblings?

Technically this is possible, and has been known to happen, allthough it's really really rare.
They would be fraternal twins, which are the result of the mother ovulating and releasing two eggs instead of just one, and both of them being fertilized.
If a woman has sex with two different men while she is ovulating... in a relatively short period of time, and releases two eggs when she ovulates, then it's theoretically possible for the two eggs to be fertilized by these two men.

She could have fraternal twins but it would be highly unlikely, if not impossible, that sperm from two different men could fertilize the egg. But if that could happen the two children would really be half-brothers. Twins are a result of the egg splitting in half. They would be called twins only because they would be born at the same time & they had the same mother.
Next time you see your ob-gyn why don't you ask this question. Its a good question.

It could be possible to have twins (or more) from a single fertilized egg, which only has one sperm cell attached. To be genetically different it would have to be seperate eggs, and I don't believe more than one cell can attach to one egg.

If you watch Grey's Anatomy, there was an episode where this happened to someone. And all their medical stories have happened in real life.
