The Truman Show. Interesting and thought provoking and he looked like a normal person all the way through, unlike some of his other movies. I wanted to see Bruce Almighty, but have not had a chance to.
Peace!

The cable guy, the scene at medeival times where they ( Jim Carrey and Matthew Broderick ) are fighting and Jim Carrey plays out a scene from Star Trek is hilarious.

Man on the Moon. That wasn't Jim Carrey up on the screen. It was Andy Kaufman. Amazing performance.

The Truman Show... a much underrated movie!
It is moving, humorous and makes you think and it's a very different performance from JC, where he DOESN'T go over the top.
After that I would say The Mask, which folks often forget about too!

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind Because it is just so deep, and he does a great job of playing an emotinally insecure guy without much of a sense of humor. I just love that movie.

For me its gotta be Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. I remember being a kid when my family and I were excited to see it because Fire Marshall Bill was in a movie and we loved him from In Living Color. That movie was so different and wacky from anything I had ever seen it became an instant classic.

The Majestic. I felt that it showcased his acting range well. From humor and love to sadness and fear - all without going overboard. Don't get me wrong, I liked all of his movies except "Cable Guy", but each one seemed to go to an extreme of one sort or another - be it humor or otherwise.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. It was a completely different role for him and he gave such a beautiful performance that there were several times I was on the brink of tears. While it wasn't like his usual comic fare, it still had a touch of humor...and it was such a sensitive and emotional story.

The Truman Show. It is about the Buddhist philosophy, believe it or not. It was a very entertaining and enlightening movie, full of meaning for some of us.
