I am a Catholic person. And i've always gone to Catholics schools up till my university years. What I was taught was that no one knows how long the 6 days actually were in which God created the world. I do not know how much i must tress this that most things in the Bible are guidelines and stories that you need to know the moral of and not the literal meaning. I really do not see why these two ideas need to oppose each other so drastically. It could have taken billions of years. the order in which the bible states it happened is indeed correct, first life in the waters, then on the land and then the humans. This could have taken millions of years.

Mad! If you look in the Answers in Genesis website it show a picture of sauropod dinosaurs grazing with what loolk like antelopes or deer! They do not have a clue. The movie clip below is brilliant. Look what Richard Dawkins thinks of such nonesense.
AirborneS. The "human" footprints are not what they seem.

Yes, that is crazy.
It is more reasonable to believe that the dinosaur fossils are there because G*d is testing our faith in the Bible by fabricating evidence. That is the more logical conclusion from paleontological research. Mhmmm...

You wake up. I very seriously doubt that 40% American Christians believe that dinosaurs and humans occupied the earth at the same time. I doubt that 4% do. Christian doesn't mean stupid. Maybe you should take some time out of your life and actually meet some real Christians, instead of listening to people with political axes to grind. There is a spell check on this site..use it.
