Formulas contain the proper recommended nutrients to ensure healthy childhood development. This is extremely important especially in the infant stages. By adding water to ready to feed formula your child will not get the proper recommended nutrients. I highly suggest you talk to your pediatrician before doing anything.

It dilutes it. Did you add water by accident? Add more of the ready to feed formula into it. It won't hurt the baby if you only do it tonight or in a pinch. As long as the water has been sterilized. You shouldn't do it often.

If the formula is where you do not need to mix water than if you do, the baby will not get all the nutrients they should have. You are watering it all down and that is not good for the baby. They need all the nutrients.

Your daughter is 9 months previous, so that you ought to start up giving her sips of water now, she will be thirsty, and that i do not ignore that milk under no circumstances satisfies my thirst. keep utilizing it for cereal, and attempt giving it to her in a sippy cup, perchance chilly with an ice-dice in it, she want the sound it makes. you could blend it in infant nutrition, yet you should use entire milk for that too - even with the very undeniable truth that entire milk ought to no longer replace formula in babies, it really is okay to apply it for mashed potatoes or cereals and so on. attempt no longer to worry, as long as she is eating some solids, isn't thirsty, and is gaining weight properly, she is fantastic.

you just dilute it thereby reducing the nutrition per ouce. It is ok in a pinch but you shouldn't do it unless the purpose is to get the child to start drinking water. Then you can continue to dilute it until its practically water so that he will drink water.
