Planned Parenthood does not make their own abortion laws. They work within those of the state that the specific clinic is in.

In California, a teen DOES NOT need parental consent to have an abortion. There is NO LANGUAGE restricting the types of abortions which can be performed in the state, or the maximum gestational age at which abortion can be performed, in ANY state laws.

Of course, a given clinic does not have to perform an abortion just because of these laws. They can still choose to require parental consent or refuse to perform a late-term abortion.

Planned Parenthood, specifically, will not inform parents. They will perform any abortion (not restricted by law) that their OB/GYN is qualified, or feels they are experienced enough, to perform. If their OB/GYN is not able to help you, they will refer you to another Planned Parenthood or low-cost clinic for the procedure.

Basically through 14 weeks. IT could be a little later, but you have to check with your local planned parenthood. They have the information on their website. Check it out, it's very informative about options.

Since its California, you can probably terminate the child once the mother has given birth. Twisted state!
