I've notice these mindless rednecks have been cropping up all over the U.S. why are there so many of them? Do you think they should be allowed to breed?

If by "rednecks" you mean poor, white Americans, some can't afford/don't know about birth control so they breed like crazy.
Everyone has the right to have children.
