Are they mentally ill?Are they having some sort of genetic disorder or uncontroled obsession to become the opposite sex since it become a habit since they were a child?Could it be possible that they are simply confused between a typical genderism and their own birth sex?

it's called gender dysmorphism. it's an actual condition. it makes life very hard for them.

It is a condition called Gender Disphoria. Its can be as simple as an expression of ones self. The term Gender Disphoria covers the whole spectrum of gender issues from crossdressing to transseuxalism. It is definatly not a mental illness, genetic disorder, or caused by some tramatic childhood issue. It is who they are.

i am a cd and i dress because i love to feel like a girl i do not want to actually become one just lives as one and enjoy expressing my self as a female. i do not have a mental disorder etc. i am aheterosexual male, just so shappens i like panties and heels, and skirts as opposed to jeans and workboots it is what i am comfortable in

each circumstance could be different. maybe they are born that way. maybe they are raised that way. maybe they are just happy to be that way. its their life and their choice.
