Pornography couldn't dehumanize anyone without the participants included. Therefore, if anyone is dehumanizing anyone it's on themselves as doing pornography is a choice.

You know I just don't get why people are against porn. All it is is people having sex. Maybe it isn't the sex that they particularly have but it is just sex; a tape of people having sex.
Think for a minute, you have sex, right, if you were to make a tape of it and it got out, would you call it porn? Sex on a tape, thats all porn is. Maybe your sex on a tape would be "soft porn" or maybe mine would be "hard core". Does that make it wrong?
So what is wrong with a person wanting to watch sex on a tape?
To answer your question, in my opinion, no it is not dehumanizing to women, because there are plenty women who do the things on those tapes behind closed doors.
Heck, they learned the things they do behind closed doors from those movies.

I think pornography like anyother thing in the world, will be bad only in excess.
Women are atractive, so first you need to define what means for you it? there are people that cant see a art with nude people... I dont see any problem.
There are toher people that agree to see play boy because the girls are only nude. But they do not considere it pornografy until they see sexual acts.
So, women knows what they feel about it, why they accept to nude. But, there are mens nude... couples... there are disguting things called swingers... there are other things worse than that.
So, it will only depend where are you living... as we now all depends always... so be happy, and dont do anything you dont want!

My partner used to manage two adult stores, I mt Asia Carera, Kobi Tai and many others. These women didn't seem to be dehumanized with their Rolex watch, and big time labels on their clothing. We took Kobi out to eat and she was JUST FU*KING awesome, she was so much fun and she kept making us lettuce wraps (they bring the stuff out to your table and you make them yourself)

why are you asking just about women? there are men who do pornography too. (to answer your ?) i think it only dehumanizes the women who are in them. that is, only if they let it.
the same goes for men.

Yes, but not only women, so many others are silent victims.
Some people enjoy pornography for pleasure but in long-term, it does something to your mind/soul.
It's not a good thing.
It's evil controlling you over, basically.
At least that's how I see it...

To me it does but its hard to argue about it when there is still women who are doing it and loving it
