i thnk the majority of people see themselves as more flawed than other people see them.

Sometimes tho, people don't seem to notice little things about themselves that EVERYONE else notices. Like women with slight mustaches...how do they not notice that? They take the time to curl their hair and put on makeup, but don't notice the stache? Sometimes i wish there was a nice way to let people know stuff like that.

I think people see you a little different than you see yourself. Personally I think people are more harsh on how they look and usually don't notice things with others. So i'd have to say when people look at other people they probably see them as prettier (well unless that person has a huge self-image and is really actually ugly.) Usually people think they are uglier than other people think they are

Its again psyhological like someone thinks you are pretty so automatically they think you are prettier and if they don't like you they see you as something worst and like self esteem if you are satisfied with yourself you see yourself as good btu if you aren't you always see youreslf as a problem. Therefore usually people as a stranger and you looking in the mirror seeing something it could be two diferent things cuz all of this goes through our brains and is processed differently so yes we do look different in each others "eyes"

Have you taken the time to look at some of the ppl's pics on yahoo that you know they think they look sexy in them and really they could use some work. So yeah I know people see other people differently but in my opinion who really cares as long as you have a positive image of yourself why care what someone else is going to say. And before someone starts bashing me for what I think....I feel that i am neither pretty or ugly I happen to find myself average.

People under estimate my weight & height. When they find out how much I actually weigh they are always suprised, they must think I float like a feather. I think prettier/ uglier is subjective, some find me attractive some don't...personal taste.

obviously. the way a person feels about themselves when they look in a mirror, what they see can be totally different to what other people see. you could think of yourself as the ugliest cchild on earth, but the rest of the world sees u as the most beautiful creature ever to be created, vice versa.

Just look in the mirror. The image that you see is not the one that others see. Quite the opposite, unfortunately. Or fortunately? Whichever the case may be.

Yes. I feel good about myself but people always underestimate me because I am overweight. I am pretty and nice and attractive and smart but notice that since I have gained weight people are not as nice or think I am retarded or not bright. I have a genius IQ but I can tell others think that because of my weight I am not smart at all or capable or accomplished which I am.

I think different people see different people in different ways. It is like beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I see some people who look beautiful, they open their mouth and have mercy to look at them again might gag a maggot. There is more to beauty than what meets the eye, superficial is one thing and true beauty another. So it all depends on who's looking and what you are looking for or at. I think people see me in all kinds of ways.....
