GO TO START-PROGRAMS-ACCESSORIES -SYSTEM TOOLS-SYSTEM RESTORE-CHOOSE A RESTORE POINT A DATE WHEN YOUR COMPUTER WAS WORKING PROPERLY AND CLICK RETORE YOUR COMPUTER WILL RESTART AND NONE OF YOUR FILES WILL BE AFFECTED.
