Yes I would see a doctor. If there is one in your town I would go to a sports medicine specialists. I would not go on medidation first I would as the doctor what type of excercise I could do to strenghthen my lower back. I have had a similar problem and have found that walking really helps me. It provide the excercise with out the pounding of running.

I have had these problems for 25 years. I suffered a major back injury when I was young and it has caused me to have lower back muscle spasms. You could definitely be having muscle spasms. Once you have back muslce spasms, you are prone to getting them again some point in your life. I go to the chiropractor to get popped back into shape and this generally helps a lot. A chiropractor is better than having to take medications all of the time.

I not too long ago have again issues as good, but it was once no longer from muscle spasms. However I suppose this will support too: napping positions can without a doubt aid (might be), to lower the again ache. They are saying to position a pillow below the knee while you sleep to your again and to place it in between the knee when dozing on the side. I did this, and that i think it reduces the anguish slightly bit. The pillows are said to alleviate the stress of the back.

1. Don't go see a chiroprator.
2. Do you stretch?
3. If you continue with spasms, you can talk to your doctor but a good massage therapist with fix you up.

go see a chiropractor. Medication will only cover the symptom and give you false sense that the problem is gone or cured.
