if the situation really bugs you, you should confront the person. if it's not a big deal, leave the situation as is. there's no need to make things worse.

Depends if you thought you liked the person doing it.

If your not that bothered about that person just ignore it.

If you thought they were your friend, confront them. It may be they have been taken out of context or it could be completely wrong. When this kind of thing goes on it can tend to get a bit like Chinese whispers!

If you do care about this friend it will probably make you feel better to get it off your chest too. You don't have to have a huge argument - just tell them what you have been told and that it has upset you.

If they are a friend, i m sure you will sort it out. Everybody says something about their friends at some point, that's just life unfortunately!

I would ask that person straight up what they said! I would tell that person that if they have something to say about me then say it to my face. Don't be a wimp and say it to others. I will get to the situation and either rectify it if I am wrong or tell him or her to stop talking their garbage and not to cross me again! I would make it loud and clear for all to hear. Who's humiliated now?

Ignore it, we all do it in some way. However, if it is causing problems or creating rumours them confront this person calmly, tell them what you have heard and ask why they are doing this. Try to sort it out amicably.

Ignore it. You have bitched about other people, right. It's human nature. You can't get along with everyone! I know its tough, but oh well. You will be the bigger person.

Find someone who you KNOW will tell her what you say then say the following,

"I know she has been talking about me and it's not very nice for me. . but being a little hurt is a small price to pay to find out what someone is really like"

rather than lose your temper just go to the person and ask why they said it. if the reason aint gud enough then just tell them that you dont want to be friends with them anymore. if you find the reason satisfactory then forgive and forget. xx

Do it back babyshell. Lowering yourself to someone elses level isn't big or clever, but it will give you a great deal of satisfaction!!

Personally... I would have to front them out face to face... and let them know they're welcome to let me know what kind of problem they are having with me... I hate people that talk behind others backs... especially when their in my presence they act like there ain't nothin' wrong... Just ask them!!!!
