As of May 2002 the WWF had to changed their name so they took the F out and put an E. WWE stands for World Wrestling Entertainment.

WWF was used earlier. It was World Wrestling Federation. Now it has changed to WWE or Worl Wrestling Entertainment.

WWF...come on now its the attitude era that really made this brand interesting kind of reminded me of TNA now a days but I feel WWE has taken a downward spiral with lame *** storylines;)

I'm more a fan of the World Wildlife Fund. And considering they won the court battle against the World Wrestling Federation for rights to the acronym, the endangered animals hold a 1-0 record against the professional wrestlers.
